2.1 Service Availability

Our services are available online through our website and mobile applications. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

2.2 No Physical Products

True Saathi is a digital service platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. All our services are provided electronically.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3.1 Mentor Eligibility

To become a mentor on our platform, you must:

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Payment Methods

5.2 Pricing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

5.4 Billing Disputes

If you have any billing disputes, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

6. Refund Policy

Important: Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and mentors while ensuring quality service delivery.

6.1 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent session completion
  • Mentor No-Show: If a mentor fails to attend a scheduled session without notice
  • Service Quality Issues: If the service significantly deviates from what was promised
  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled 24+ hours in advance are fully refundable

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Sessions completed as scheduled
  • Student no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours)
  • Dissatisfaction with academic results or outcomes
  • Change of mind after service delivery

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.4 Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the portion of service delivered and circumstances of the request.

7. Shipping Policy

We do not offer any physical products or shipping services. All our services are delivered digitally through our online platform, including:

Since we do not ship physical products, there are no shipping fees, delivery times, or shipping-related policies applicable to our services. All transactions are for digital services only.

7.1 Service Delivery

Our digital services are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation through:

  • Immediate access to mentor profiles and booking system
  • Email confirmations with session details and joining links
  • Platform notifications and reminders
  • Direct access to study materials and resources

8. User Conduct

All users must adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward other users
  • Sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempting to circumvent our payment system
  • Sharing contact information to conduct business outside our platform
  • Uploading malicious software or harmful content

  • Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

8.2 Professional Standards

Mentors are expected to maintain high professional standards, including punctuality, preparedness, and respectful communication.

8.3 Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination of access to our services.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by True Saathi and protected by intellectual property laws.
